Construction Bookkeeper

Oak Island, NC

SeaCoast Homes is searching for a full-time, experienced full-charge bookkeeper with a strong construction accounting background. Candidate must be detail oriented, experienced in QuickBooks and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accuracy.

In addition to normal bookkeeping duties, responsibilities include but are not limited to, Job costing, scheduling construction draws, working with bankers, securing builders risk policies, opening mail and distributing mail, support of other team members.
